The following terms and conditions are valid between you and LES CRAFTIES EDITIONS (SIRET number to be announced) and apply to all orders placed on the Les Crafties website: www.lescrafties.com.
Please note that we do not guarantee that all products displayed on the website are in stock or available for purchase. We reserve the right to discontinue selling any product. Orders may only be placed by individuals aged 18 or over. We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Each purchase is subject to the version of the terms and conditions applicable on the date the order is placed. Please check the applicable version of the terms and conditions before submitting your order. Please note that the terms and conditions applicable to your order are always those you read and accepted before placing your order, and not any subsequent version.
By using the website and/or placing an order on the website, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions. Please ensure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing an order. An order can only be placed if you have previously confirmed that you accept the terms and conditions. Please note that the products in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have completed payment and received the order confirmation email.
All prices are shown in euros and include all taxes. Value Added Tax (VAT) is in effect in France. The prices charged are those displayed on the website at the time of ordering.
We work on a made-to-order basis or with very limited stock. Each piece is made to order in limited quantities. Delivery time depends on the number of orders and our workload. The maximum shipping time is 4 weeks from the date of the order. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and will be informed of your delivery date by XXX. International deliveries are handled by XXX. You can track your package on the XXX website using the tracking number provided in the order shipment confirmation email. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, regardless of the cause. Consequently, no claim for compensation of any kind can be made against us.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the products you have ordered are unavailable. If any of the ordered products are no longer available, we will contact you within 7 days of the order date. You will then be able to confirm or cancel the order. If the order is maintained and partially delivered, the customer will only be charged for the products delivered. In the event of order cancellation, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Hand-sewn and embroidered fabric patch pieces may exhibit color variations due to the composition process using textile scraps. Slight variations may occur between different embroidered pieces. The pieces are not guaranteed against fading. Direct sunlight is not recommended. Please refer to the care instructions in the product description. The images on the website have been designed to represent colors as closely as possible; however, slight differences may be observed in the actual product.
The website offers the following payment methods : Payment by card via Stripe. For card payments, the credit is applied upon order confirmation, provided that we have obtained prior authorization to debit your account from the appropriate payment center; otherwise, the order cannot be processed.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the product(s) to return them (Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code). If the last day of the return period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day. Beyond this point, we reserve the right to refuse the return or refund. All requests must be sent to studio@lescrafties.com
Exchanges or store credit will only be accepted if the ordered product(s) are returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging to the following address:

All international orders are shipped Duty Unpaid (DDU). Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges until your order is placed and are unable to cover them for you. Any applicable charges will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
